RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize your expertise in insurance products and industry trends to engage directly with clients, understanding their unique needs.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies and set achievable quotas that drive our agency's growth.

  • Relationship Builders A strong commitment to nurturing client relationships and playing an integral role in our agency's success.
  • Excellent Communicators Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are highly preferred!
  • Organized Multitaskers Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued!
Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
